Participants build confidence, strengthen communication skills, develop positive decision-making habits, and learn the importance of responsibility, teamwork, and setting goals for their future.

We encourage academic achievement and prepare young people for future educational and career opportunities. Through academic support, life-skills development, career exploration, and workforce readiness activities, participants gain valuable tools to pursue their goals, discover their strengths, and become confident, productive members of their communities.
Community Engagement & Personal Growth
Project I Can promotes positive community involvement through service projects, family engagement, and opportunities for youth to build meaningful relationships with community partners and local law enforcement. By encouraging service, accountability, and personal growth, we help young people recognize their value, strengthen their communities, and understand that their future is full of possibilities.
