Serving the Tampa Bay community, ASCI empowers individuals and families through education, mentorship, workforce development, and essential community resources. Through programs such as Second Chances Construction program and Project I Can, we help people discover their potential, develop leadership skills, build confidence, and envision a future filled with opportunity. Through our workforce training and community support initiatives, we work to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to pursue their goals and create lasting change.

Our commitment extends beyond individual success. From supporting youth and families to connecting community members with food assistance and educational opportunities, we strive to build stronger families, more resilient individuals, and a more hopeful community.
